Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

  • Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
  • Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
  • Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
  • Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
  • Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
  • Handles inventory by tracking goods, maintaining inventory levels, and controlling shrinkage.
  • Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct manner.
  • Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services.
  • Maintains and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
  • Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
  • Manages safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
  • Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience.
  • Retail Experience.
  • Supervising a team.
