(USA) Control Room Operator, Manufacturing, Monday - Friday 10:30 pm - 7:00 am

Position Summary

Ensures the efficient operation of the production line by managing scheduling, processing, and cleaning activities.

What you'll do...

• Schedules and processes product production
• Maintains cleanliness of processing areas before and after use
• Monitors and operates HTST system according to PMO standards
• Adjusts milk unloading schedules as needed
• Coordinates CIP systems according to PMO and food safety plans
• Coordinates chocolate batching
• Identifies and reports process issues or deviations to management
• Adheres to all company safety procedures and guidelines
• Uses personal protective equipment and operates machinery safely
• Reports hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately
• Participates in safety trainings and drills
• Maintains cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents
• Contributes to continuous improvement of safety protocols
• Successfully accomplishes work assignments and prioritizes tasks
• Collaborates effectively with managers, coworkers, and business partners
• Identifies and suggests ways to address improvement opportunities
• Adapts to change, learns from feedback, and complies with company policies

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $28.80. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
