Position Summary
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
What you'll do...
- Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement;
- Utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick-up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind;
- Adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them;
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise;
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources;
- Communicates effectively with the team members;
- Works in other areas to meet the needs of the business;
- Drives the performance of the area by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, providing member service, assisting members with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving member issues and concerns;
- Prepares food according to item specifications, understands and plans future productions and mass productions, prepares for seasonality, adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management, operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment, and demonstrates an understanding of product and layout execution;
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices;
- Be a Talent Ambassador by being a brand advocate, developing, influencing, and inspiring others, and working in a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented style.

Hourly Wage Range
The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*
Additional Compensation
- May be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances;
- Based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed;
- Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older;

Preferred Qualifications
- Food Safety Certification;
- Food Service Food Handler Certification (Food Safety).
