(USA) Auto Care Center Coach
Position Summary
Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, and proper inventory levels. Budgets and forecasts sales, assesses economic trends and community needs, and implements plans to achieve sales and profit goals.
What you'll do...
- Receives and stocks merchandise ensuring effective presentation, accurate pricing, and proper inventory levels.
- Assists with purchasing decisions, resolves customer issues, and maintains a safe shopping environment.
- Processes customer requests and service orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Trains and certifies technicians on service-related procedures.
- Maintains the Auto Care Center and automotive sales floor and service area by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, and securing merchandise.
- Handles customer and merchandise claims and returns, zonings the area, and managing environmental disposal.
- Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and assignments, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
- Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, provides recognition, and promotes a belonging mindset in the workplace.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on executing business processes and practices.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive Certification from Automotive Technical Institute.
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- Experience in automotive service or service industry related field.
- Supervisory experience.
- ASE Certification.
Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure differentials. Associates will receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount received depends on job classification and length of employment. Additional Compensation
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges), and State Pay Differential.
