(USA) Auto Care Center Coach
Position Summary
Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate and competitive pricing, and proper inventory levels.
What you'll do...
- Receives and stocks merchandise ensuring effective presentation and proper inventory levels.
- Assists with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving customer issues.
- Trains and certifies technicians on service-related procedures.
- Maintains the Auto Care Center and automotive sales floor and service area by stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining equipment, and ensuring environmental compliance.
- Coordinates and oversees job-related activities and assignments, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
- Hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties, provides recognition, and promotes a belonging mindset among associates.
- Maintains compliance with company policies and procedures, and supports the Open Door Policy.
Supervision and Development
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans. Provides direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive Certification from Automotive Technical Institute.
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- Experience in automotive service or service industry related field.
- Supervisory experience.
- ASE Certification.
Additional Compensation
Annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: 2 years experience in automotive service or service industry field, 1 year of supervisory experience, valid driver's license.
- Preferred qualifications: Automotive Certification, Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership, experience in automotive service or service industry related field, supervisory experience, ASE Certification.
