About the Role
You will oversee a logistics operation by implementing business plans, managing staffing and scheduling, monitoring productivity, and ensuring quality and safety standards. This role involves supervising and developing associates, troubleshooting systems, and maintaining inventory integrity while fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with individuals or groups (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates) verbally and in writing.
- Implement the business plan for your area by setting goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility objectives (e.g., production, quality, safety).
- Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing procedures and documentation.
- Identify and address associate, customer, or supplier concerns by listening, consulting with others, and determining corrective actions or recommendations.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, modeling policies, identifying training needs, and participating in hiring, promotions, coaching, and evaluations.
- Manage the execution of QA guidelines, procedures, and programs to increase building efficiency and maintain inventory integrity (e.g., slot profiling, inventory adjustments, cycle tests, managing damages, strays, hazardous materials).
- Oversee systems hardware and software maintenance and installation, including repairs, inventory tracking, and ordering components.
- Troubleshoot systems and applications by collaborating with the Information Systems Division (ISD) and vendors, and supporting the development of current and future systems.

Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field and 1 year of supervisory experience OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field OR
- 2 years of Walmart logistics experience OR
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience supervising associates.
- Walmart Logistics Manager experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Logistics.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation may include:
- Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments based on location.
- Stock awards.
