Lead and develop a team in a Walmart Logistics facility, ensuring operational goals in production, quality, and safety are met while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with individuals or groups (customers, suppliers, associates) verbally and in writing.
- Implement the business plan for your area by setting goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility objectives (e.g., production, quality, safety).
- Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing procedures and documentation.
- Identify and address associate, customer, or supplier concerns by listening, consulting, and determining corrective actions or recommendations.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching policies, identifying training needs, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
- Build high-performing teams by embracing differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences; fostering a culture of belonging; and creating opportunities for all associates to thrive.
- Work collaboratively, build trusting relationships, and communicate with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence others.
- Attract and retain talent, empower and develop associates, and recognize contributions and accomplishments.
- Maintain and promote high standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance; model Walmart values; and hold yourself and others accountable.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR
- 1 year's Walmart Logistics Management experience OR
- 2 years' Walmart Logistics experience OR
- 2 years' supervisory experience.
- Ability to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Experience supervising associates.
- Experience with Walmart Logistics Systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Logistics.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. For certain positions, additional compensation may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments (based on location) and stock.
