About the Role
You will implement the business plan for your area of responsibility, manage staffing and scheduling, assign duties, and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals in production, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with individuals or groups (customers, suppliers, associates) verbally and in writing.
- Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing procedures.
- Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns and determine corrective actions or recommendations.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and identifying training needs.
- Respect the individual by building high-performing teams, embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and creating opportunities for all associates to thrive.
- Work collaboratively, build trusting relationships, and communicate with impact to motivate and influence.
- Attract and retain talent, empower and develop associates, and recognize contributions.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience, or
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field, or
- 1 year's Walmart Logistics Management experience, or
- 2 years' Walmart Logistics experience, or
- 2 years' supervisory experience.
- Ability to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office, supervising associates, or Walmart Logistics Systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $78,600.00 - $118,000.00. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses, Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments, and stock.
