US Team Lead, Legal Application Managed Services

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to clients based on industry experience
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and budget-compliant service delivery
• Report on client issue status to upper management
• Manage client budget tracking and resource allocation
• Present company's capabilities to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams on client projects
• Oversee team management, including hiring, performance evaluation, and resource scheduling
• Identify and coordinate training needs for team members

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Legal Technology or legal services environment
• 3+ years in customer-facing roles
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Proficient in project management and release coordination
• Intermediate experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
