Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic recruiter by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network.
- Handle IT requirements for the region.
- Complete the talent acquisition cycle: sourcing, scheduling interviews, salary/rates negotiation, and candidates' closure for assigned requisitions.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships using both internal and external digital platforms.
- Strategize by understanding client requirements and mapping relevant targets.
- Validate resumes for experience and verify work status.
- Exercise discretion and good judgment in recruiting candidates.
Skills Required
- Prior experience in US recruitment.
- Familiarity with different Work Authorization/ Visa (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EAD's etc) and Tax terms.
- Strong understanding of technical requirements and experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
- Competitive, self-starters who are goal-oriented and results driven.
