Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic recruiter by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network.
  • Handle IT requirements for the region.
  • Complete the talent acquisition cycle: sourcing, scheduling interviews, salary/rates negotiation, and candidates' closure for assigned requisitions.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships using both internal and external digital platforms.
  • Strategize by understanding client requirements and mapping relevant targets.
  • Validate resumes for experience and verify work status.
  • Exercise discretion and good judgment in recruiting candidates.

Skills Required

  • Prior experience in US recruitment.
  • Familiarity with different Work Authorization/ Visa (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, EAD's etc) and Tax terms.
  • Strong understanding of technical requirements and experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
  • Competitive, self-starters who are goal-oriented and results driven.
  • High energy individuals who are adaptable and enjoy fast-paced environments.
  • Dynamic professionals with strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
