How You’ll Make an Impact
As a US Supply Chain Scheduler, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, managing production planning and scheduling across the Americas to ensure efficient restocking and order fulfillment. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals across production, operations, logistics, labs, suppliers, and customer-facing teams to deliver reliable, timely, and high-quality supply chain outcomes that enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least five years of professional supply chain experience, including production scheduling, inventory planning or management, and working with Material Requirements Planning or Enterprise Resource Planning systems, or a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain with relevant exposure to concepts and implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities to manage multiple complex tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills, including investigating issues, summarizing findings, and proposing creative solutions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Reliable attendance record.
Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience using Kinaxis RapidResponse.

- Working in a lab or manufacturing setting with appropriate personal protective equipment provided.
