This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation within the obesity and related conditions space. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities for commercial performance
- Assess customer needs, market dynamics, and emerging trends
- Develop actionable recommendations for business impact
- Synthesize insights and trends into commercial strategies
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy to implementation
- Establish success measures and execution plans for strategic initiatives
- Facilitate alignment and decision-making across diverse stakeholders
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 4 years of marketing experience, or Master's with 7 years, or Bachelor's with 9 years
- Significant experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology marketing or related leadership roles
- Proven success in leading strategic initiatives with measurable impact
- Experience in developing business cases using customer insights and analytics
- Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed organization
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Track record of delivering results in high-accountability environments

$184,336 – $249,395 annually
