Manager, United States Regulatory Strategy, Obesity and Related Conditions

About the role

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a life sciences environment.

Location & Compensation

Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute U.S. regulatory strategy for products
• Plan and oversee U.S. regulatory submissions
• Implement regulatory tactics complying with U.S. laws
• Provide guidance for U.S. regulatory documentation
• Support labeling development and negotiations
• Communicate regulatory strategy across teams
• Ensure ongoing compliance for products and address escalations

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' regulatory experience post-Master's degree
• Experience managing people or projects
• Foundational scientific understanding of obesity
• Experience with regulatory submissions (especially FDA)
• Knowledge of U.S. legislative/regulatory standards in medicine
