US Squash Seeks Director of Administration and Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to organizational leadership and management staff.
  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Aid with payroll administration and related personnel documentation.
  • Cook staff and contractor clearances, onboarding documentation, and other administrative processes.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and financial documentation.
  • Cover internal communication and follow up on organizational initiatives.
  • Support board, committee, and leadership meeting logistics as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative and/or executive support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential financial and personnel information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
