US - Senior Relationship Manager

About the role
You will manage the complete client lifecycle for a portfolio of high-value accounts, with responsibility for retention, renewals, expansion and executive engagement.
- Build and deliver multi-year strategic account plans
- Develop trusted relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders
- Lead executive business reviews and demonstrate measurable client value
- Own complex renewals, pricing discussions and commercial negotiations
- Manage multi-year agreements and enterprise-level contract structures
- Identify opportunities to increase product usage across teams, offices and regions
- Develop cross-sell and upsell strategies alongside Sales and Client Engagement
- Monitor account health, product usage, satisfaction and renewal risk
- Intervene early where there is a risk of churn or declining engagement
- Provide accurate forecasts across renewals, growth and portfolio risk
- Share client insight with Product and Marketing teams
- Mentor Account Managers and promote best practices across the wider team
Requirements
You should have:
- A strong track record managing strategic or enterprise B2B accounts
- Experience owning retention, renewals and portfolio growth targets
- Proven success developing relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations
- Confidence managing multi-year contracts, pricing and commercial strategy
- Strong account-planning and relationship-mapping skills
- The ability to use client data, usage insights and account-health metrics to inform decisions
- Experience identifying and managing renewal or churn risk
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Experience coaching or mentoring account-management colleagues
- Experience using CRM and account-management platforms
- An interest in private markets, financial services, data or business intelligence
Experience within financial information, SaaS, research, data, media or subscription-based services would be particularly relevant. Direct private-markets experience is helpful but not essential.
