About the role
You lead a team (including Managers) to empower each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals. You assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team. You interact with team members and customers, addressing concerns and escalations, and supporting the Store Leader with business strategies and critical decision-making.

- Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team
- Interact with team members and customers, addressing concerns and escalations
- Support the Store Leader with business strategies and critical decision-making
- Identify, analyze, and solve complex problems in partnership with the Store Leader
Requirements
- Available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store
- Proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported)
- 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field

Pay & Benefits
The base pay range for this role is between $46.22 and $76.90/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
