US Regional Quality Systems Manager- Growth Sites

For our client, we are seeking a US Regional Quality Systems Manager- Growth Sites to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead the development and sustainment of quality management systems for new and emerging manufacturing sites across the U.S. You will establish regional governance, define quality KPIs, and help ensure consistent quality practices across greenfield and early-stage operations. The position also partners closely with site leaders and cross-functional teams to drive global quality initiatives, resolve systemic compliance issues, and build strong local quality capabilities. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $115,500 – $207,900 annually Responsibilities Lead the development and sustainability of a Quality Management System for new manufacturing sites Own QMS deployment for greenfield and early-stage sites, establishing foundational quality elements Establish a regional Quality Systems governance model for consistent quality practices across sites Define and monitor Quality System KPIs for start-up and sustaining environments Drive execution of global quality systems initiatives across start-up sites Develop and mentor site quality systems teams at start-up locations Act as the primary escalation point for systemic quality and compliance issues Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or an analytical discipline required Minimum of 7 years of relevant Quality Systems and manufacturing experience 5 years of management experience in a heavily matrixed environment Experience implementing start-up Quality Management Systems Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred Experience in high-volume, high-mix industries Benefits Medical, Dental, Prescription Drug, and Vision Insurance with HRA and HSA options 401K match and Employee Stock Purchase Plan Paid Time Off and Tuition Reimbursement Life, AD&D, and Disability Insurance Commuter Benefits and Employee Assistance Program Pet Insurance and Adoption Assistance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
