US Regional Quality Systems Manager- Growth Sites

Knowledge Requirements

Fluent in English is required. Spanish a plus, with strong verbal and written communication capabilities.

Strong proficiency and working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and standards.

Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong email communication skills.

Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Analytical discipline required.

Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.

Proven minimum of 7 years of relevant Quality Systems and manufacturing experience.

5 years of experience in management in a heavily matrixed environment.

Proven experience implementing start up Quality Management Systems.

Proven Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.

Experienced in successfully leading the Quality System function in a multi-cultural and multi-site environment.

Experience as a QM / QMS in high volume, high mix industries.

25-30% travel required, can be a few weeks at a time. US and potentially international.
