US- Outbound Product Manager (PEO)
About the role
The Outbound Product Management team at PointClickCare drives the commercialization and market success of our strategic products and services. The team ensures solutions are effectively positioned, launched, and adopted by translating product capabilities into clear customer value. Outbound PMs partner cross-functionally to align go-to-market execution and enable the field to drive revenue and adoption.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and strategic initiatives
Define and refine product positioning and messaging in collaboration with Marketing and Product Lead
Identify and engage target customers for early validation and beta participation; drive structured beta programs and customer validation efforts to ensure commercial viability
Monitor product adoption, usage trends, and revenue performance metrics; proactively identify growth opportunities, risks, and corrective actions
Serve as commercialization lead for strategic, high-value deals and executive-level customer engagements
Provide subject matter expertise for sales enablement, strategic deals, and customer engagements
Gather and synthesize customer and competitive intelligence to inform roadmap discussions
Mentor and guide Outbound Product Managers on best practices and GTM execution
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or go-to-market roles within enterprise software or healthcare technology
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret adoption and market performance data
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience leading GTM readiness planning across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Operations, and Support
Experience driving structured beta programs and customer validation initiatives
Experience supporting strategic, high-value deals and executive-level customer engagements
Ability to influence roadmap discussions through data-driven market intelligence and competitive analysis
Qualifications
Preferred, Not Required:
Experience commercializing enterprise SaaS or AI-driven solutions
Healthcare or post-acute industry experience
MBA or equivalent business experience

Pay
The US base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $142,000 and fulltime benefits.
