US-Operations Specialist

About the role

As an Operations Specialist, you ensure products flow smoothly through the store by maintaining product availability for customers, completing inventory tasks, supporting the implementation and maintenance of Apple preservation standards, and delivering products to customers and team members. You engage with enthusiasm and apply product expertise to offer recommendations that help drive sales and support the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete inventory receiving, counting, returning, and shipping tasks in compliance with Retail Inventory processes.
• Complete product fulfillment tasks and deliver items from Runner requests to customers and team members to create an exceptional customer experience.
• Use communication and training resources to stay updated with inventory process changes.
• Perform demo and restocking tasks to support technology and merchandising priorities.
• Support the Operations Lead with the implementation and maintenance of Apple preservation standards.
• Perform other tasks as needed, including supporting customer-facing activities.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating curiosity to learn.
• Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Requirements

• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs, which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
• Reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
• Be able to lift and carry products to various locations within and nearby the store.

Pay & Benefits

The base pay range for this role is between $23.00 and $30.59 per hour, with most new hires starting at $23.00. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
