US Marketing & Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and commercially-minded US Marketing & Operations Manager to lead our United States business. Reporting to the US Franchise Director, you will support our expanding network in Houston, Northwest Arkansas, Orange County, and Honolulu.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Create and share engaging social media, photography, and video content showcasing our products, stores, and customers.
• Partner with franchisees to enhance sales, customer experience, and overall business performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and serve as their primary point of contact.
• Coordinate day-to-day business operations with our Australian Support Office.
• Manage product replenishment and support new product launches.
• Identify opportunities to improve business performance and strengthen the Gelatissimo brand.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, hospitality, retail, franchising, or business operations.
• Strong digital marketing and social media skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A commercial mindset and solid problem-solving skills.
• High levels of organization, initiative, and accountability.
• The flexibility to travel within the United States.
