[US HQ] Learning Platform Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for training program development across distribution centers and affiliated partners
• Execute the roll-out and training plans with local content distribution teams
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, and resource allocation
• Cook up alignment across teams to ensure project timelines are met
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues to leadership with solutions
• Document content request processes and create post-mortem reports for future improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years in content creation, preferably with digital/AI focus
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across various facilities
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with influence across all levels of stakeholders
• Willingness to travel extensively (50-75%) during project phases
