US Fuel Reliability Manager

Responsibilities
- Ensure effective performance on moderately complex to complex engineering assignments.
- Plan and direct the timely execution of engineering activities within assigned cost center(s).
- Ensure projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards.
- Develop and/or administer organization engineering standards and procedures for the group.
- Provide goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.
- Ensure development and training of team members to optimize task results.
- Work interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.
- Research and assess best practices, proposing methods and improvements.
- Work on special projects, as directed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Dependent on the position, degrees in Physics, Engineering Technology and Engineering Science may also be accepted.
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
- Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
- Strong analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills.
Qualifications
- Experience within the US nuclear industry is strongly desired.

Salary: $146,000 - $199,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses.
