About the role
Reporting to the Global Head of Growth, the US Content Manager will oversee top-of-funnel content production, community building, media coordination, and brand visibility for Eve and Atalante US across social media, the website, and field events.
Responsibilities
- Top-of-Funnel Content Production (Social Media & Website): Own the US content calendar and production for Eve and Atalante US across social media and the website; organize shoots end-to-end including storyboarding, patient/clinician coordination, production logistics, post-production and asset distribution; turn US-specific patient, physician and event stories into content across social, web, SEO and thought leadership formats.
- US Medical & Rehabilitation Community: Build and manage relationships with patients, pilots, ambassadors, influencers, PTs, physicians, patient associations and hospital leadership; turn community relationships into a continuous pipeline of content, visibility, advocacy and commercial opportunities; support commercial launches and local content production across the US.
- US Media & PR Coordination: Manage incoming US media requests in coordination with the Media Relations Manager; coordinate interviews, spokespeople and proactive media opportunities; maintain relationships with relevant US journalists and turn media opportunities into content.
- US Brand Content & Visibility: Develop SEO content, customer stories, case studies and thought-leadership content; manage sponsored/paid content and brand presence at major industry events (Web Summit, CES); identify OOH and local brand visibility opportunities in untapped markets.
- Congresses & Field Content: Travel approximately once per quarter to priority congresses on behalf of the Product Marketing Manager; represent Wandercraft on-site, capture content and interview clinicians, patients and partners; manage the collaterals closet in the NYC office.
- Local Events & Community Activations: Identify and attend relevant local healthcare, rehabilitation and patient community events; create content around local activations.
- Walk-In & Local Community Ownership: Run weekly social/influencer syncs with the Walk-In and social media consultant; organize one local event per quarter in the Wandercraft space; support the US referral program: identify partners, create content and track engagement.
Qualifications
- Diploma: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (marketing, communications, political science or related field).
- Required experience: 7+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, communications, brand marketing, community, or field marketing.
