About the role

You are part of a team dedicated to helping businesses integrate Apple technology into their operations, enhancing productivity and enriching the lives of their customers and employees. Your role involves establishing and engaging with business customers, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with leadership to identify and recommend business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Showcase Apple and third-party products and services to help businesses enhance their operations and improve the experiences of their customers and employees.
  • Engage proactively with business customers, seeking to understand their needs and providing tailored recommendations for products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers, serving as a resource and mentor to the broader team.
  • Collaborate in business sessions, briefings, workshops, and events, identifying and recommending unique offerings to meet customers' business needs.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional partners to transition accounts and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Strategize, plan, and forecast business performance through account management, pipeline building, and opportunity management, using CRM and other tools.
  • Maintain process mastery of all Retail Business programs and offerings to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in your line of business.

Requirements

  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by business needs.
  • Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
  • Extensive business solutions experience with Apple products and services.
  • Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).

Qualifications

  • Track record of strong performance and results in technology or business solutions sales.
  • Effective communicator who can tailor their style to different audiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions, sometimes under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills, the ability to set priorities, and responsiveness to customer requests.
  • Excellent learning, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Advanced Apple expertise on mobility adoption and business transformation, along with knowledge of key SMB industries, technology trends, and challenges.
  • Ability to learn and navigate new tools and systems.
