About the role
You will be part of a team dedicated to helping businesses thrive. Your responsibilities include establishing and engaging business customers, showcasing Apple and third-party products and services, and collaborating with leadership to transition accounts.
Responsibilities
- Showcase Apple and third-party products and services to business customers
- Engage with and provide excellent customer service to Apple Retail Business customers
- Serve as the go-to expert on business solutions and mentor the team
- Collaborate in business sessions, briefings, workshops, and events
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional partners to transition accounts
- Strategize, plan, and forecast business performance
- Maintain process mastery of all Retail Business programs and offerings
- Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support
Requirements
- Available to work flexible schedules based on business needs
- Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience
- Extensive business solutions experience with Apple products and services
- Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken
Qualifications
- Track record of strong performance and results in technology or business solutions sales
- Effective communicator who can tailor communication styles to different audiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions
- Excellent organizational and process management skills, prioritization, and responsiveness to customer requests
- Strong learning, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Advanced Apple expertise on mobility adoption and business transformation, knowledge of key SMB industries, technology trends, and challenges
