Job Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in Pleasanton, CA to collaborate with Customer IT teams and business teams to gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements. The role involves identifying gaps in current processes and defining future-state solutions. You will design and propose solution-based business processes, develop To-Be architectural frameworks, and conduct reviews with business stakeholders. Additionally, you will perform Business Application setup, configuration, development, system prototyping, test planning, system testing, integration testing with customer and third-party systems, and user acceptance testing with client personnel. Data migration activities, including master data, transactional data, and customer data, will also be part of your responsibilities, along with preparing cutover documentation and supporting post-go-live activities, including issue resolution strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalency in Business Administration, with one year experience as Business Intelligence Analyst or Consultant or related Business Consulting positions.
• Proficiency in Oracle Financials and Fusion ERP, SQL, and TOAD.

Requirements

• Frequent relocation to client sites at various unanticipated locations throughout the US.
• Full-time, 40 hours/week.
