US Benefits & Retirement Administration Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic U.S. Benefits & Retirement Administration Manager to lead the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of U.S. benefits programs, including Health & Welfare, 401(k), executive benefits, and related retirement offerings. This role ensures operational excellence, vendor administration performance, and a seamless employee experience across all U.S. benefits programs. The manager leads a team of benefit administration specialists within People Operations (Shared Services) and serves as a liaison between other HR pillars and external vendors, balancing strategic operational execution to deliver benefits accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of U.S. benefits programs such as Medical, Dental, Vision; Health Savings Accounts (HSA); Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA); COBRA; 401(k), retirement savings plans
• Lead and support the development of a team of individual contributors and subject matter experts
• Serve as the relationship owner for the Company’s third‑party benefit administrator
• Over
