Essential Functions
- Affords unit leadership in planning simulation training that meets collective training objectives
- Plans, coordinates, and executes simulation training at squad to corps levels on programs like LOTS, DXTRS, ExCIS, JLCCTC, JDLM, IEWTPT, VBS3
- Performs classroom setup, network systems, and supports simulations and instruction on applicable mission command information systems
- Executes training according to Army standard Programs of Instruction (POI) within approved course instructional times
- Trains and coaches individual MCS to ensure 90% successful completion of course and system certification
- Fulfills doctrine outlined in TC 6-0 series "Training the Mission Command Warfighting Function"
- Operates BSWS for the unit during training event execution
Requirements
- Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Retired or separated Army senior NCO/WO/Officer with at least 6 years of battalion or higher echelon staff experience using MCIS
- Valid State Driver's License and Fort Bragg driving privileges
- Advanced knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques in delivering Army simulation training programs
- Knowledge of one or more Army Mission Command Information Systems (MCIS)
- Effective teaching, instruction, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills for interfacing with military and civilian personnel
- Preferred experience with Army Warfighting Simulation (WARSIM) and Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC)
Additional Information
- Full-time, exempt, US Government Contractor working on-site at Fort Bragg Mission Training Complex (MTC)
- Work schedule: 0730 - 1630, Monday - Friday (may vary based on mission requirements)
- Contract length greater than 1 year
