Urology Physician Opportunity in Northeast Arkansas

About the role

A 438-bed Level III trauma center serving 600,000+ patients across Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join a high-volume, technology-forward practice. This is a full-scope General Urology position with room to pursue subspecialty interests in Robotics, Medtronic InterStim Therapy, or Urogynecology.

Responsibilities

• Utilize 4 robotic surgical systems
• Work in a modern outpatient clinic built 5 years ago
• See up to 45 patients per day in clinic
• Perform an average of 6 surgeries per day
• Collaborate with 3 dedicated NPs who manage inpatient consulting, rounding, and discharges

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
• Open to new graduates, IMGs, and in‑practice urologists
• J1 and H1B visa support available with dedicated immigration attorney team

Pay

• Guaranteed base salary with Day 1 production incentives
• Realistic total earnings above $900,000

Schedule

• Structured Monday‑Friday schedule: 2 clinic days, 2 primary OR days, 1 mixed‑duty day
• Light call rotation: 1:4 (1 day/week, 1 weekend/month), typically ~3 cases
