About the role

Join Kadlec Clinic as a full‑time Urologist on its Urology Hospitalist team in Richland, Washington. The position offers a broad range of general Urology procedures in an inpatient setting within a dedicated, collaborative team, and provides exceptional work‑life balance in the sunny Tri‑Cities region of southeastern Washington’s Wine Country.

Responsibilities

• 95% inpatient care
• Shift‑based position
• 16 hours per month clinic time for hospital follow‑up and post‑operative care
• Support of interventional radiology (IR) and cardiothoracic (CR) surgeons available
• Generous OR time available
• Access to 2 Da Vinci robots, Aquablation, and lithotripsy

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of practice experience required
• H‑1B visa sponsorship eligible
• Eligible for 2028 J‑1 waiver
• PSLF‑eligible with complimentary student loan consulting

Pay

Compensation is between $511,699 and $700,000 per year. The compensation amounts may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.

Schedule

7‑on/7‑off shift schedule with 16 hours per month dedicated to clinic time for hospital follow‑up and post‑operative care.
