About the role

The Urology Advanced Practitioner will join our dynamic healthcare team in Lexington, Kentucky, specializing in diagnosing and treating a wide array of Urology cases. They will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families.
  • Diagnose and manage complex Urology patients with expertise.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills.

Requirements

  • Active or eligible license in the state of Kentucky.
  • Advanced Practitioner experience and/or Urology experience or exposure is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Strong communication abilities and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Able to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology.
  • Experience in outpatient general Urology clinic setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay and Schedule

  • Full-time (1.0 FTE).
