About the role
The Urology Advanced Practitioner will join our dynamic healthcare team in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, specializing in diagnosing and treating a wide array of Urology cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families within Saint Joseph Medical Group.
- Diagnose and manage complex Urology patients with expertise.
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families.
Requirements
- Active or eligible license in the state of Kentucky
- Advanced Practitioner experience and/or Urology experience or exposure is a plus, but not a requirement.
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology
- Strong communication skills
- Committed to patient-centered care

Pay
The posted compensation range of $108,000 - $135,000/year is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.

Full time (1.0FTE) Outpatient General Urology clinic
Schedule: We partner with you to develop a schedule that accommodates your needs as much as possible, while also considering access and patient care needs. There is currently no call for this position.
