Urologist - Urologic Oncology | Affiliate Faculty | Beautiful Reno/Tahoe

About the role

The position is open to a Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist with Urologic Oncology training who is looking to join a growing and well-supported Urology program within the Department of Surgery at Renown Health and the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine (UNR Med).

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly Tumor Boards and consult with a dynamic team of Urologists.
• Collaborate with specialists including General, Reconstructive, Uro Oncology, Uro Gyn, and Pediatric Urology.
• Provide multidisciplinary cancer care in a state-of-the-art facility with a newly expanded Cancer Center.
• Participate in clinical trials and conduct research.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist with Urologic Oncology training.
• Experience in both general and urologic oncology preferred.
• Strong medical group referrals and high patient volume.
• Experience with Da Vinci Robots and vascular access procedures.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Current license to practice medicine in Nevada.
• Passing scores on the USMLE or COMLEX exams.

Pay

$30,000 start bonus.
