Urologist Physician - Part Time

About the Role

Join a turnkey urology practice within a Critical Access Hospital serving a rural region. The role offers strong internal referral support from primary care, family medicine, and women's health providers. You’ll provide bread-and-butter urology services with the flexibility to focus on clinic-only work and avoid surgical duties if preferred.

The practice is supported by dedicated medical, nursing, and CNA staff, with optional virtual scribes and no current advanced practice providers (APPs).

Responsibilities

• Deliver core urology services in a rural healthcare setting
• Flexible practice model: clinic-only or optional surgical involvement
• Work within a supportive team environment with dedicated staff

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Board Eligible or Certified in Urology
• Open to both experienced physicians and new graduates
• Eligible for visa sponsorship (J-1, H-1B) if needed

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling options: traditional, 4×10, or part-time
• No call obligations
