About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic leader to serve as Chief of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS) in the Obstetrics and Gynecology department.
Responsibilities
- Lead the division's strategic vision, operational management, and faculty development.
- Oversee clinical excellence, research initiatives, and medical education for students, residents, and fellows.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and advanced practice providers.
- Collaborate with department leadership to ensure financial stability and resource allocation.
- Promote an outstanding educational environment and faculty professional growth.
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution with fellowship training in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery.
- Board certification and eligibility for Colorado medical licensure.
- Minimum rank of Associate Professor with demonstrated leadership, clinical excellence, and scholarly achievement.
- Experience in academic program development, faculty management, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
