During 3rd shift, this centers on safety supervision, nighttime bathroom assistance, fall prevention, peaceful companionship, and gentle morning preparation. Target Background: Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), state-equivalent certifications, nursing students, experienced caregivers, home health aides, personal care aides, or those with meaningful experience caring for a family member. Reliability & Communication: Reliability and prompt communication are of the utmost importance. Overnight clients rely on you to be on time, awake, and alert. We need professionals who commit to their shifts and communicate promptly if issues arise. Your Role & Responsibilities Personal care and attentive assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)Overnight companionship, safety support, and fall prevention (awake shifts)Toileting, safe transfer/mobility, grooming, and dressing assistanceMedication reminders (as permitted by non-medical care guidelines)Light housekeeping, evening settling routines, and morning breakfast prepCare-plan follow-through, timely documentation, and clear handoff communicationPrompt communication with the HomeWell care team Compensation: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour An Industry-Leading, Nation-Wide Team At HomeWell Care Services, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality care for seniors and others needing individualized support and companionship at home.
