URGENTLY Hiring CNA / Caregiver Full-Time Day Shift Weekdays
ComForCare Home Care is hiring a full-time Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home senior care in Carol Stream, Illinois.

Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate one-on-one home care tailored to the client’s individual needs.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
- Support safe mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention.
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining an organized living space.
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to promote overall well-being.
- Provide medication reminders according to the client’s care plan.
- Observe and report changes in the client’s condition to the office and care team.
- Complete accurate documentation while following all agency care standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Private Duty Caregiver.
- Experience providing senior care, dementia care, Alzheimer’s care, companion care, personal care, or in-home care services.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in the client’s home.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License, current Auto Insurance, and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
CNA certification is preferred but not required for qualified caregivers.
Schedule
- Full-Time, Monday – Friday
- Shift Start: 8:00 AM
Pay
$17.00 – $20.00 per hour
