About The Role As a Weekend Caregiver, CNA, or HHA, you'll provide one-on-one support to seniors and other clients who need assistance at home. Your Work May Include Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)Providing personal care and hygiene assistanceHelping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingProviding incontinence care when neededAssisting with mobility and safe transfersPreparing meals and assisting with feedingProviding medication reminders according to the care planOffering companionship and meaningful conversationSupporting clients with their daily routinesPerforming light housekeeping related to client careHelping maintain a safe and comfortable home environmentFollowing individualized care plansObserving and reporting changes in the client's conditionCommunicating with family members and the ComForCare care team Who We're Looking For We're seeking dependable professionals with experience as a CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Caregiver, HHA, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, or Private Duty Caregiver. The Ideal Candidate Will Have previous professional caregiving or senior care experienceBe comfortable providing hands-on personal careUnderstand ADL assistance and safe mobility supportBe compassionate, patient, and respectfulBe dependable and punctualBe comfortable working independently in a client's homeCommunicate professionally with clients, families, and the care teamBe available for weekend caregiving assignments Experience with dementia care, Alzheimer's care, mobility assistance, companionship, and personal care is a plus.
