Amtech Encore Leader (Project Lead / SME) seeking a senior Amtech Encore leader (8‑10+ years) who can own the overall implementation and migration effort.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT
• Define migration strategy
• Recommend data import/conversion approaches
• Guide stakeholders
• Drive adoption
• Serve as the primary Encore expert

Requirements

• Strong experience with ERP implementations
• Business process improvement expertise
• Managing cross‑functional teams
• Experience within manufacturing, packaging, printing, distribution, or other Amtech Encore environments
• 8‑10+ years of deep expertise in Amtech Encore within manufacturing, packaging, printing, or distribution operations
• Suitable job titles include Lead ERP Implementation Consultant, Techno‑Functional Lead, Enterprise Solutions Architect, Amtech Product Owner / SME
