URGENT REQUIREMENT: SME – Identity Management / CyberArk PAM, DALLAS, TX.

About the role

This is a long-term contract role with a well-known client based in Dallas, TX, for a Subject Matter Expert to support Identity Management operations and ensure the timely resolution of incidents and escalations using CyberArk PAM.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets within SLAs using CyberArk Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM
• Mentor team members and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
• Develop SOPs and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Validate change implementation plans and support capacity planning
• Conduct root-cause and trend analyses using CyberArk PAM data
• Prepare performance and improvement reports for key stakeholders
• Participate in customer meetings and help improve service delivery

• Identity and Access Management architecture
• CyberArk PAM: Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM
• Incident, escalation, and change management
• Root-cause and trend analysis
• Process optimization and documentation standards
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills

Qualifications

• CyberArk Certified Trustee (preferred)
• ITIL Foundation (preferred)
