REMOTE Customer Care (Must Reside In TX)

About the role

We’re hiring Customer Care Representatives to support increased customer demand during our peak season. This is a full‑time, seasonal remote position with opportunities for overtime and employee discount perks throughout the assignment. The role provides thoughtful, personalized support to customers through phone, chat, email, and social media channels, ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Assist with orders, returns, refunds, shipping questions, and warranty requests.
• Help customers navigate websites and find products that meet their needs.
• Research and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Build positive customer relationships through responsive, solution‑oriented service.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other basic computer applications.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• High‑volume inbound call experience (preferred).
• Quiet, distraction‑free workspace with a wired internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).
• Ability to work independently with minimal distractions.

Schedule

Standard operating hours require open availability. Consistent schedules are assigned based on business needs following training. Work hours run Monday – Sunday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM MST / 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $16.50 /hr. Individual compensation within this range depends on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent factors.
