Urgent Need Senior ValueOps Technical Consultant (Broadcom Clarity / ValueOps SME)

Vinsys is seeking an experienced Senior ValueOps Technical Consultant to support an enterprise Broadcom ValueOps (formerly Clarity PPM) environment for a public-sector client.

About the role

The consultant will provide technical consulting, configuration, development, implementation, optimization, and ongoing application support services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ValueOps/Clarity configuration, enterprise portfolio management, resource and capacity planning, workflow development, application enhancements, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, application administrators, and technical teams to analyze requirements, recommend solutions, implement enhancements, resolve technical issues, and provide knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting and SME support for Broadcom ValueOps / Clarity PPM platform.
• Configure ValueOps modules, workflows, fields, screens, views, roles, permissions, and application settings.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and recommend ValueOps solutions.
• Perform system configuration, enhancements, testing, deployment, and validation activities.
• Develop and modify workflows, integrations, reports, dashboards, and application components.
• Support implementation activities including planning, configuration, testing, production deployment, and post-production support.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide technical guidance related to architecture, optimization, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration documents, and administrator guides.
• Provide administrator training, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Collaborate with client teams, vendors, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications or IT management platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Broadcom ValueOps / CA Clarity PPM.
• Experience with ValueOps configuration, administration, and customization.
• Experience supporting Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Capacity Planning functions.
• Experience developing workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with enterprise application implementation and production support.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and knowledge-transfer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Broadcom ValueOps certification.
• Broadcom Clarity PPM certification.
• Experience with enterprise Portfolio Management Office (PMO) solutions.
• Experience supporting government, insurance, financial services, or large enterprise environments.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

Qualifications
