Location: Eugene, OR 97402. Start Date: ASAP. We are seeking a reliable caregiver to assist with transportation for a scheduled doctor's appointment and provide ongoing weekly support with bathing.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe transportation to and from the doctor's appointment
- Assist with bathing once a week
- Ensure client comfort and safety during care
Schedule
One-Time Appointment: Date: April 6, Time: 2:30 PM – Transportation to and from medical appointment
Ongoing Care: Bathing assistance every Wednesday afternoon (flexible timing)
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Comfortable assisting with personal care (bathing)
- Punctual and dependable
- Patient and respectful
Pay
$20 per hour
