We are seeking a reliable caregiver to assist with transportation for a scheduled doctor's appointment and provide ongoing weekly support with bathing. This role is ideal for a caregiver who is reliable with transportation and comfortable providing personal care while ensuring a safe and supportive experience. Location: Eugene, OR 97402. Start Date: ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation to and from the doctor's appointment
• Assist with bathing once a week
• Ensure client comfort and safety during care

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable assisting with personal care (bathing)
• Punctual and dependable
• Patient and respectful

Pay

Helper Rate: $20 per hour

Schedule

One-Time Appointment: Date: April 6, Time: 2:30 PM – Transportation to and from medical appointment.

Ongoing Care: Bathing assistance every Wednesday afternoon (flexible timing).
