About the role
We are seeking a reliable caregiver to assist with transportation for a scheduled doctor's appointment and provide ongoing weekly support with bathing. Location: Eugene, OR 97402. Start date: ASAP. Pay: $20 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe transportation to and from the doctor's appointment
- Assist with bathing once a week
- Ensure client comfort and safety during care
Schedule
- One‑time appointment: April 6 at 2:30 PM (transportation to and from medical appointment)
- Ongoing care: Bathing assistance every Wednesday afternoon (flexible timing)
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
