What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate support throughout the client's daily routine
• Create a safe and comfortable home environment
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care while respecting the client's privacy, dignity, and independence
• Aid with mobility, walking, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare meals and provide assistance with nutrition and hydration
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining an organized home
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Follow the client's individualized care plan
• Observe and communicate changes in the client's condition to the care team
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

What We're Looking For

• Previous professional caregiving experience required
• CNA certification not required
• Experience in senior care, elderly care, home care, personal care, companion care, or private duty caregiving preferred
• Experience assisting with ADLs and personal care
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Current Auto Insurance
• Reliable transportation
