We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings using

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must include sections only if posting has real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove EEO statement. We need to parse the posting. Job Title: Full-Time Maintenance Technician (we don't output heading for title). Salary/rate: $25-$30/hour (based on experience), $50/mo. cell phone stipend We have a Pay section: we can include Pay heading with that info. We have Benefits: many benefits listed. We have Schedule? Not explicitly given; maybe not. The posting does not mention schedule specifics (like full-time). It says "Full-Time Maintenance Technician" but schedule not detailed. We should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It says "Full-Time" but not schedule details like hours. Probably we can omit Schedule. We have About the role: The paragraph after salary: "We are looking for a qualified professional with a results-oriented approach and a proactive attitude. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing buildings, landscapes, and equipment, and will carry out various tasks to ensure properties are properly maintained and operational, including unit turnovers. Location will be disclosed at the Interview." We can put that under About the role. Responsibilities: list given. Qualifications: includes Availability, Experience, Ability to communicate, etc. Also Physical Requirements. Skills: list. We need to decide which headings to use: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also Requirements? The posting has Qualifications and Skills separate; maybe we can combine Qualifications and Skills? But instructions: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can include Requirements if there is content; but we have Qualifications and Skills separate. Could treat Qualifications as Requirements? But better to follow posting: we have Qualifications (includes Availability, Experience, Communication) and Skills (HVAC experience required, etc). Also Physical Requirements could be part of Qualifications. We should not create empty sections. So we will output:

We should not include EEO statement. Also we should not include duplicated lines. Ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Join us and enjoy the benefits you deserve!" That's kind of fluff but it's part of benefits intro; we could incorporate into Benefits section as a sentence? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The line "Join us and enjoy the benefits you deserve!" is not substantive? It's marketing fluff but still part of posting. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not legal/EEO. It's a call to action. Might be okay to keep as a p before Benefits. But we already have Benefits heading; we could include that sentence as a p before the ul. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It's okay to include a short p. We could add

Join us and enjoy the benefits you deserve!

before the Benefits ul. Similarly there is "Work-Life Balance You’ll Love:" line before list of PTO etc. That's part of benefits; we could incorporate into Benefits section as a p or incorporate into list items. We already have list items for PTO etc. The heading "Work-Life Balance You’ll Love:" is a subheading; we could keep as a p before those items. But we already have list items for PTO etc. We could add a p: "Work-Life Balance You’ll Love:" before those items. However we already captured PTO etc as list items; we could keep them as is. We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The location line: "Location will be disclosed at the Interview." included in About the role. We have "As a full-time employee, you will receive a competitive salary and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage." Already in Benefits list. We have "Company-paid short-term and long-term disability benefits." included. We have "401(k) retirement savings plan with company-matched contributions." included. We have "Employee Housing discounts $200 annual allowance for safety boots/shoes." included. We have "10 company-logoed shirts, 1 Fall/Spring item (jacket or sweatshirt), 1 Winter item, and 1 baseball or knit cap." included. We have "$50 monthly cell phone reimbursement." included. We have "Annual Health and Wellness reimbursement." included. We have "Generous PTO hours, MyTime hours, Floating Holidays hours, paid holidays, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and more!" included. We have "Company-paid life insurance with an option for supplemental life insurance." included. We have "Mileage reimbursement." included. We have "EAP - Employee Assistance Program." included. We have "Opportunities for career growth and professional development, as well as company-sponsored events." included. We have "As a full-time employee, you will receive a competitive salary and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage." included. We have "Join us and enjoy the benefits you deserve!" maybe as a p. We have "Work-Life Balance You’ll Love:" maybe as a p before the PTO items. We need to avoid duplication: we already have PTO etc as list items; we could keep them as is and not add a separate p for Work-Life Balance. But the phrase "Work-Life Balance You’ll Love:" is a heading-like phrase; we could treat it as a p. Let's add

Work-Life Balance You’ll Love:

before the PTO list items. However we already have list items for PTO etc; we could keep them as is and add that p. Similarly "Join us and enjoy the benefits you deserve!" could be a p before the Benefits ul. Thus Benefits section:

Benefits

Join us and enjoy the benefits you deserve!

Work-Life Balance You’ll Love:

  • Generous PTO hours, MyTime hours, Floating Holidays hours, paid holidays, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and more!
  • Company-paid life insurance with an option for supplemental life insurance.
  • Mileage reimbursement.
  • EAP - Employee Assistance Program.
  • Opportunities for career growth and professional development, as well as company-sponsored events.
  • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability benefits.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company-matched contributions.
  • Employee Housing discounts $200 annual allowance for safety boots/shoes.
  • 10 company-logoed shirts, 1 Fall/Spring item (jacket or sweatshirt), 1 Winter item, and 1 baseball or knit cap.
  • $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement.
  • Annual Health and Wellness reimbursement.
  • As a full-time employee, you will receive a competitive salary and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
But we have two uls; maybe better to combine all into one ul with all items. However we have a heading "Work-Life Balance You’ll Love:" which is a subheading; we could keep as a p then list items for that category. But we can also just keep all items in one ul and have a p before that ul for the intro sentences. Simpler: keep one ul with all benefit items, and preceding p for the two sentences. Thus:
