About the role
CommunityCare Express seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for urgent care clinics in Mt Pleasant, Scranton, and Wilkes-Barre.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients of all ages, including primary care, urgent care, and routine health services.
- Treat patients from age one upward.
- Offer procedures such as X-ray and splinting.
- Eligible for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program offering up to $75,000 for a two-year commitment.
Requirements
- At least six months of urgent or primary care experience.
- Proficiency in procedures such as suturing and splinting.
- Rotating weekend and some holiday work (7 out of 14 days).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Master's Degree (preferred) in Physician Assistant studies.
