Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner - Locum Tenens Coverage

About the role

We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide immediate pediatric medical attention during day and night shifts at an on-site clinic in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat approximately 48 pediatric urgent care patients daily (around 4 patients per hour).
• Exercise prescriptive authority to manage cases effectively.
• Deliver efficient, patient-focused pediatric urgent care with timely assessments and treatments.
• Work across diverse shifts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Operate independently in an on-site clinic setting.

Requirements

• Board certification is negotiable.
• Licensure or credentials supporting the delivery of quality urgent care services.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to handle a high-volume caseload.
